Your tablet also makes unusual use of the “grave” accent!

Not everyone can get up that early, Cecile. If it ends up being too difficult for you, could you consider writing at lunchtime? Or even during a morning break? Or would that be too difficult?

Thanks for the link. Loved your comment, “when you sit and write, you’re a writer, even if all you have is a kitchen table and an hour.” (I’d amend that to 15 minutes.)

Lots of coffee, peace and quiet and a kitchen table all to myself. And you’re right, it does make me feel like I’ve achieved something and set you up for the day. I wrote a post about how writing at the kitchen table can inspire anyone. http://www.joshlangley.com.au/2015/08/the-secret-super-power-of-kitchen-table.html

You’re absolutely right — it adds up to a lot over the course of a month or a year, but it feels manageable when you look at each day.

FitBit tip: if you set your silent alarm (via your cell phone app), always re-sync your app with your device. Otherwise you may not have actually set the alarm.
