I have some US income and a US $ credit card so the exchange rate wasn’t an issue for me (although the extra mailing costs were.) In any case, I have cancelled now. Weirdly, the company was extra nice when I cancelled.

The 67% premium for Canada would have been a deal-breaker for me. Also, the sloppy e-mail wherein you were to do the re-sending is more than sloppiness, I suspect.
