Thanks for raising this interesting and useful point. Yehudit. Especially because it’s one I hadn’t thought of myself. Of course the subject(s) we’re writing about can — in themselves — provoke anxiety. The strategy of focusing on your crappy first draft and promising yourself to edit later is what will work, here.
