If you are wanting to write essays then copy essays. If you are wanting to write novels then copy novels.

I don’t know how you’d do it with talking… I guess you could record someone and copy what they say… Not sure if this would be helpful…

I don’t know if it’s connected with brain development. I just know that it’s something that I do and it helps me a lot. I suspect it will help your written work more than your speech, but I could be wrong about that!
